A grant of up to €200 is now available from SEAI for BER Certs as part of the Home Energy Savings (HES) Scheme
BER Certificates are mandatory for:
- ALL dwellings offered for sale or rent from 01-January-2009.
- ALL new dwellings currently seeking planning permission.
-After HES grant aid work has been completed.
